Step 1: Tell us about you and your business
Our secure online application takes about 5 minutes. You'll share owner information (name, date of birth, SSN and contact details) and business information such as your legal company name, start date, industry, EIN and the amount you're requesting. Funders need this information to verify identity and evaluate your business.
Step 2: Upload your bank statements
Upload your last 4 complete months of business bank statements as PDFs. Statements are the most important part of your application — they show funders your real revenue, balances and existing obligations. Complete statements mean faster decisions.
Tip: Download statements directly from your online banking as PDFs and include every page. Screenshots and partial statements slow things down. Read what funders look for in your bank statements.
Step 3: Our funding partner reviews your application
Your application is sent securely to our funding partner. Swiftline Funding is a matching service — we don't make funding decisions or offers. A funding specialist will call you to confirm details, answer questions and walk through your options. For each offer, you should see:
- The advance amount you'll receive
- The factor rate and total payback amount
- The payment amount and frequency (daily or weekly)
- Any fees deducted from the advance
- The estimated term
There's no obligation to accept. Take the time you need to compare.
Step 4: Sign and get funded
Once you accept, you'll sign the agreement electronically. After a brief verification call and bank verification, funds are sent by wire or ACH — sometimes the same or next business day.
After funding
Payments are collected automatically on the agreed schedule. If your revenue changes, contact your funding provider — many agreements allow payments to be adjusted. Once you've paid down a portion of your advance, you may qualify for additional funding.
