This Privacy Policy explains how Swiftline Funding ("Swiftline Funding," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit our website or apply for business funding.
In short: Swiftline Funding is a marketing and matching service, not a lender, funder or broker. With your consent on the application form, we sell your application — including your SSN, business information and bank statements — to one funding company chosen by us from our partner list, which reviews it and contacts you. That company pays us for the application. Your application is sold to only one company, and only to a company on that list.
Information we collect
- Owner information: name, date of birth, Social Security Number, email address, mobile phone number and ownership percentage.
- Business information: legal company name, business start date, industry, state of incorporation, EIN/Tax ID, website, estimated credit score range, number of employees, entity type, amount requested and business address.
- Documents: business bank statements and other documents you upload.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To sell and transfer your application to one funding partner so it can review your request and identify funding options
- To contact you about your application by phone, text or email
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
- To improve our website and services
How we share your information
- One funding partner from our partner list. With your consent, every completed application — and the owner and company details from step 1 of an application, even if it is not finished — is sold to one company on the list, which pays us for it. We keep a record of which company received your application; contact us to find out. That company may share your application with funding providers it works with in order to present you with offers. That company's use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Service providers that host our website, store data or provide communications services for us, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and prevent fraud.
We do not sell or share your application with any other lead buyer, lender or funding company.
International transfer
Swiftline Funding is operated from outside the United States. By submitting an application, you understand that your information will be processed and stored by our service providers and transferred to the funding partner that receives it, in the United States.
How we protect your information
Information is transmitted using encrypted (TLS/HTTPS) connections. Social Security Numbers and Tax IDs are encrypted before storage, and uploaded documents are stored in private storage accessible only to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information.
Data retention
We keep application information for as long as needed to process your application, maintain business records and meet legal requirements, then securely delete it.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link or contact us.
- Access or deletion: contact us to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Residents of certain states may have additional rights under state law.

Children
