Our services
Swiftline Funding is a marketing and matching service. We are not a lender, funder or broker, we do not make credit or funding decisions, and we do not make offers. When you submit an application, and with your consent on the application form, we sell it to one funding company chosen by us from our partner list, which reviews it and may present funding options from itself or funding providers it works with. That company pays us for the application. A merchant cash advance is the purchase of future receivables and is not a loan. Submitting an application does not guarantee an offer or funding, and the terms of any funding are governed solely by the agreement you sign with the funding provider.
Accuracy of information
You agree that the information you submit is true, complete and belongs to you or a business you are authorized to represent. Submitting false information may result in denial of your application and may be unlawful.
Authorization
By submitting an application, you authorize Swiftline Funding to sell and transfer it to one company on our partner list, and you authorize that company and the funding providers it works with to verify the information provided and to obtain business and personal credit reports in connection with your application.
Communications
If you consent on the application form, the funding partner that receives your application and Swiftline Funding may contact you by phone, text message and email about your funding request. Consent is not a condition of funding. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP.
